Refund Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By purchasing a subscription to VirtivoLab, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding digital fulfillment and refunds.
1. The Action-Based Void Clause
Refunds are strictly prohibited once the software service is considered "rendered."
The service is legally considered fully rendered and consumed the moment a user performs any of the following actions:
- Connecting an external SMTP server or API key.
- Uploading a lead list or subscriber database.
- Sending one or more emails through the CRM interface.
2. The 7-Day Window
If an account has been created and paid for, but **absolutely no action** has been taken (meaning no SMTP connected, zero leads uploaded, and zero emails sent), a refund may be requested within 7 days of the initial transaction.
3. Dispute & Chargeback Warning
Any chargeback or dispute filed with a bank or payment processor (such as Stripe or PayPal) after the service has been rendered will be vigorously countered.
VirtivoLab will provide internal server access logs, SMTP connection timestamps, and activity history to the payment provider as forensic proof of digital fulfillment.
4. Subscription Cancellations
Users can cancel their recurring subscription at any time via the dashboard billing section to prevent future billing cycles. However, all past charges for software services that have reached the "rendered" state are strictly non-refundable.
