1. Service Definition
VirtivoLab provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) workflow and CRM interface designed to facilitate the management of email marketing campaigns. Our platform offers tools for lead management, campaign design, and visual tracking of campaign performance.
2. The "Bring Your Own" Clause
IMPORTANT: VirtivoLab is a software interface only. We do NOT provide mail servers, IP addresses, SMTP configurations, or email deliverability services.
As a user, you are 100% responsible for procuring, connecting, and managing your own third-party sending infrastructure (e.g., Amazon SES, SendGrid, Private SMTP). VirtivoLab is not liable for any issues arising from your chosen third-party infrastructure.
3. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam
Users must strictly comply with all international anti-spam laws, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Use of the platform for the following activities is strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited commercial emails (Spam).
- Facilitating phishing, malware distribution, or malicious content.
- Selling or distribution of illegal products or services.
- Impersonating individuals or entities.
4. Account Termination
VirtivoLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately and without prior notice if the user's connected SMTP or campaign activity is flagged for severe spam violations, illegal activity, or breach of these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VirtivoLab be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VirtivoLab's website.
